Discovery 1 Steering Bars:
Our steering bars are machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminium with a 1.5" (38mm) diameter. Engineered to withstand extreme off-road conditions, they stand apart from many heavy-duty steering bars on the market, which are typically made from steel with a 30mm outer diameter.
Our steering bars feature spanner flats for easy adjustment. They have a left-hand thread marked by an identification groove and a right-hand thread (11/16") designed to accommodate original factory Land Rover track-rod ends. All bars are pre-greased.
If you intend to retain a steering damper, you will need a Chassis Bracket and Steering Damper Bracket. For Discovery 1's, you can use a Discovery 1 or Defender damper, with the matching damper bracket.
