DOR 4x4 Parts is the trading name of Danells Off-Road Ltd. We design and develop steering, suspension and fabrication components for 4x4s, competition vehicles and custom builds.

Our story
Started small. Built properly.
Danells Off-Road was founded in March 2024 by Alex and Jess Danells. What began in a home workshop has grown into a dedicated Peterborough facility with more space for production, product development and R&D.
Our work is rooted in practical engineering. We design products in-house and carry out manual machining, finishing, inspection and development in our own workshop. Where specialist CNC production or external processes make more sense, we work with selected manufacturing partners and keep the same focus on specification and quality control.
That approach lets us support everything from straightforward replacement steering components to unusual custom builds where an off-the-shelf answer simply does not exist.
