Our off-road steering bars are machined in the UK from billet 7075-T6 aluminium with a 1.5" (38 mm) diameter and spanner flats for adjustment. Each bar has one left-hand and one right-hand thread for 3/4" HD Heim joints.
Choose your package:
- Bars Only: one DOR.10010 track bar and one DOR.10011 drag link.
- With Joints & Spacers: both bars, two left-hand and two right-hand 3/4" HD Heim joints with matching jam nuts, and four pairs of 3/4" to 5/8" high-misalignment spacers.
Bolt Kit: select Yes to add the M16 off-road steering bar bolt kit. Includes four M16 caphead bolts, four M16 Nyloc nuts and eight M16 washers. Mounting bolts are not included unless selected.
A Discovery 1 flat-style steering-box drop arm is required. The steering-box drop arm and swivel-hub mounting holes require modification for the bolt-through joints. Confirm compatibility before ordering.
For off-road use only; not suitable for public roads. Installation should be undertaken by a competent person familiar with steering modifications.
Please ensure all jam nuts are fully tightened during installation.
